ELAL & VATIL Project taxing for the active.

As you all know, VATIL will support and help ELAL training department with the up coming of the new pilot conversion courses.
VATIL division is starting to recruit VATIL members that would like to take part in this project, as tutors to the pilot in terms of MS Flight Sim & VATSIM.
In this project, the tutors will guide the pilots personally about operating the Flight Sim and the specific air craft that they will be assigned to tutor about.
The project is divided to three fleets of air crafts:
Boeing 737NG, Boeing 757/767 and the Boeing 747-200.
The training will be held on the FS equivalent aircraft, PMDG 737-700/800, LDS 767-300 and the 747-200 RFP2.
For each pair of ELAL trainee pilots VATIL will assign one of our tutors.
Tutors requirements:
1. Must be a member Of VATIL.
2. MS Flight Sim installed (Strong PC is an advantage).
3. Good English speaking skills.
4. Minimal age of 17.
5. Have spare time to dedicate for this project. This time will include a day at the training facilities of ELAL, one day for training on the VATSIM net (at the tutors home) and phone support for FS issues.
Participation in this project is purely voluntary.
VATIL members that will be selected for this project will earn special certificate on behalf of ELAL & VATIL.
We need 15 tutors divided as follows:
Three for the 747-200
Eight for the 737NG
Four for the 757/767

This cooperation is underway and we all hope that it will become and integral part of ELAL's training for the coming years.
