International Arrivals:
From North or West: Aircraft will be handed over to Tel Aviv Control 10NM prior to Israel FIR. Entry point: SOLIN. Aircraft destined to LLBG should expect SOLIN FL120 then RIMON 6000.
From East: Aircraft to Israel destinations will be handed over by Jordan ATC to LLBG Approach. Entry point: SALAM 8,000 feet.
From South: Aircraft will be handed over to South Control or Tel Aviv Control. Entry point is NALSO.

LLBG Arrivals
Ben Gurion airport has no published STAR. Runway 12 is preferred for arrival up to a tail wind component of 10 knots.
From North or West: After SOLIN expect H2 to SIRON 5,000 feet for a Straight-In ILS approach RWY 12 or RNAV/VISUAL approach for RWY 30.
From East: From SALAM 8,000 feet expect J17 to BGN VOR with delayed descent to 4,000, then further descent to 2,000 for ILS/visual/RNAV approach for runways 12/30.
From South: Follow J10, expect SIVAK 10000 , then DCT BGN VOR with delayed descent to 4,000 feet. From BGN VOR, descent to 2,000 feet for visual or ILS approach.
* Transition Level : FL115.
Taxi instructions after landing:
Terminal 1: 12-Expect taxi via K, J/L.
Terminal 3: 12-Expect taxi via K, M to T3 via K1-K5, M1 or M2.
Terminal 3: 30-Expect taxi via Z,M to T3 via K1-K5,M1 o M2.
APU: Aircraft arriving on a stand shall shut down APU 5 minutes prior to bridge connection or wheel chocks inserted.
LLBG Departures
To North or West
DEENA1 SID used exclusively, 3,000 feet initially. Expect clearance to enter LCCC FL260. 2 exit points available: GITLA or SUVAS.
* Speed: MAX 250 below 10000, except over water.
* LLBG trans alt. – 10500.
To East or South
TALMI2 SID preferred, 7,000 feet initially. For departures to OJAI, SALAM2 SID is used exclusively, 7,000 feet initially. Expect to cross SALAM 11,000 feet.
Standard Taxi Route: Aircraft may be authorized to taxi to runway 26 holding position via "STANDARD TAXI ROUTE" on the following taxiways: M-K-U-N-runway 03.
APU:
1. Aircraft departing from a stand with passenger Load Bridge start APU 15 minutes prior to passenger load bridge disconnection.
2. Aircraft departing from a remote position start APU 15 minutes prior to push back. |
